Have a multi-channel reputation management strategy

Your marketing spend will give you the best return if you are hitting your audiences from multiple platforms. Know your customer, and position your message (about how you can help them) on as many different platforms as you can. Here’s a way to optimize the value of your content. Write one blog and use the content in at least three different ways.

  • A compelling website will close business and get leads if is has a clear opportunity for clients to get a quote, book a meeting or to buy your product on a landing page or online store.
  • Have an automated method to get Google Reviews from every customer Check out our blog on this topic
  • Write a blog to clearly articulate the VALUE of what you do.
    • A “What I do” example: “I am an electrician, I replace a faulty breakers and fix arcing wiring connections.
    • A VALUE STATEMENT: If you have faulty breakers and arcing wiring connections I CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE BY SAVING YOUR HOUSE FROM BURNING DOWN!!) See Bens Electric Solutions Team for help with this!
  • Send out a newsletter! Repurpose the content from your blog in a newsletter to your past customers and landing page subscribers to show them that you are looking out for them.
  • Post your blog content on social. Use the images and themes from your blog to post your content on social channels, directing viewers back to your landing page or blog content.
  • Install a chatbot on your site. A chatbot can gather contact information, answer FAQ’s, allow visitors to request quotations or book meetings with you. (Our chatbots are AI enabled to answer free form open ended questions about your business without complicated programming)

Gary Pitcher

Web Developer

Gary has forgotten more about technology than most of us will ever know. He’s worked in dozens of industries in a wide variety of roles and solves difficult problems recreationally. By the time you’ve formulated your question, Gary already has an answer, which would be annoying except he’s so darned nice about it.

Adrian Proctor

Web Developer

When you put Adrian behind a keyboard, magic happens. On stage, that means he’s making music. At work, he’s bringing website designs to life. Adrian is probably the quietest member of the Unrivald Digital team, but when he speaks, we all listen because we know he’s got something important to say.

Shaheen Bhimani

Shaheen is the guy you want in your corner when you’ve got a complex problem to solve in the next 15 minutes. He’s part MacGyver, part Tony Stark and part while still being the nicest guy in the room, hands down. His soft-spoken, down-to-earth vibe and ability to deliver makes him a client favourite.

Blair Shunk

Whether leading a meeting, riding his motorcycle, or running in the Banff Jasper Relay (for which he was Race Director for many years), Blair connects with the world around him. He inspires his team to work hard while never forgetting the value of the relationships he builds with clients.
